pork and apple abts Qview

i made a pulled pork butt last night into this morning. and had some big jalapenos to use up. tonight i made these abt's. chunk of chedder monterey cheese. strips of pulled pork and topped with a thin apple slice. wrapped in turkey bacon.

had fatties last night so cutting the fat down.
