Popping the cherry!

hi... i am Geno from the great northwestern Ohio! Been grilling and smoking now for a couple years. have a couple old faithful weber kettles and a master built offset smoker. The wife just bought me a 44 inch smoke hollow propane smoker. this is what brought me to join the ranks of the smoking professionals. She has been in the catering business for years now and would like to add BBQ to the menu. I have been lurking for awhile and i have read a bunch of great info that i plan to use and possibly add my own two cents. Thanks again for the great info,

Thanks guys!! Got the smoker together and just finished seasoning it. Smoked great and also held the temps pretty steady. Looking forward to filling it full of good stuff this weekend. Only one problem. The handle did not fit on the door of the smoker. gonna call the manufacturer and see if they can help.

just finished first smoke on my new gasser! stopped at the market and picked up fresh chorizo, chicken legs and tomato basil sausage. Turned out amazing!!!
