This is obviously a very important matter. It's even causing problems at home during family dinners:
What is the correct utensil for eating a bowl of chili? Fork or spoon?
Take the poll

I want some of that Chili that can be eaten with a Fork!!!

Meanwhile I'll keep using a Spoon for mine. :emoji_disappointed:

Always a spoon, but I like chili that you could eat with a fork.
Gotta have cornbread!!

I have to agree with This guy.^^^^^^^^^^^;
Texas Red, Spoon. Cincinnati 5 Way, a Fork....JJ

Another one missing: spork for Wendy's chili. :emoji_laughing:

Heck yeah, fork for Cinci 5 way + hot sauce is 90% of the way we eat "chili".

I use a spoon as I also add beans and often using ground meat ... but if all meat Texas style it’s thick and chunky so could definitely use a fork (and corn bread to sop up the sauce)

That's easy neither. Everyone knows it's Chop Sticks!!!

If you're eating chile with a fork, you're eating a casserole, not a chile.

Disagree totally. If your using ground beef then your eating hot dog sauce. Chili is made with chunks of chuck meat. Cornbread and a fork are the correct utensils.
