I asked on the Playa Site. this what they said. I figured was pretty simple.

This what I going to start with.

Ingredients
  • Habanero peppers: 4-6 fresh peppers (adjust to desired heat level)
  • Lime juice: 1/4 cup fresh squeezed
  • Water: 1/4 cup (plus more if needed for consistency)
  • Salt: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Onion: 1/4 to 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Optional: 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions
  1. Handle with Care: Wear protective gloves when handling habanero peppers to avoid skin irritation. Remove the stems, and for a milder blend, remove the seeds and membranes as well.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the habanero peppers, lime juice, water, salt, and pepper (and minced garlic, if using). Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust Consistency and Seasoning: Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Add Chopped Onion: Pour the blended mixture into a bowl or serving container and stir in the finely chopped onion.
  5. Serve and Store: The blend can be served immediately, but the flavors will meld and improve if allowed to sit for at least 30 minutes, or preferably a few hours, in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Seems simple and so awesome of them to share it! The vitamix would make that with no issues
