hi,where i can get ( free) plans of reverse flow smoker,with european scales (mm) inches are ok too

I personally would just build one to your own specs, look up a ton of reverse flow builds online then get a general idea of how you want to do yours. You don't need to get things down to an exact dimension to have it work. I'm copying an Aaron Franklin style smoker and have no dimensions to work with, but it's coming out very similar.
