Plan for the weekend...

There is a lot on the schedule for this weekend. For apps on Friday Going to make pork shots with turkey sausage (store bought) with a cream cheese, Worcestershire, green onion, and chipped beef filling.  For a side on Saturday I'm going to smoke a pork butt for pulled pork, then I'm going stuff that in to some twice baked potatoes.  If anyone is near Williamsburg Va. stop by for a bite.  Pictures to come...

Here is the outcome of this weekends smoke.  Unfortunately I came down with a stomach flu on Friday night so was unable to enjoy any of the fruits of my labor.

Unfortunately i do not have any pictures of the finished product because by the time it was all finished i was in bed feeling horrible.  Luckily i have an amazing wife who was able to finish off this smoke.  From what she said everyone loved the pork shots and ABT's.
