Good weather today to watch the TBS. I don't normally inject BB's but I did today and it was really good. Smoked with OAK @235 for 3 hours, wrapped and smoked until my IT was 195. Pineapple sausage always good.

I always chop mine. Then cool and vacuum pack individually for sandwiches and pork nachos.

I started injecting a while back now and every one I do tends to end up injected. It adds more flavour.

Just be damn sure you inject with a sterile needle....

I've been injecting my butts lately too!
They aren't any juicier, but you can add some different flavors to the meat.
