Pics from last year BBQs

These are just some random pics from various BBQ's I did last summer.  Chicken, Pork Shoulder, and Brisket.  I modified my charcoal grill using rope gasket from Home Depot and help hold in the smoke and cooked them all using an indirect smoking method.  Really looking forward to building my RF smoker this month and doing some real Que this summer.  :)

That is the current plan...plus I can use it for grilling up steaks, burgers, hot dogs, etc.  :)
