Rubbed with Mad Hunky and in the fridge for a rest overnight.

Got the mini fired up late this morning.  Put the meat on at 9 am.

Here it is 6 hours later and IT of 178.

Gonna be close to getting it done by game time.

What's up with all that white stuff all over the ground? What temp you running the mini at?

Yep we could use that! Just was working in my yard. The bulbs are coming up here already.

We don't have near the snow in the valley we usually get.... Mountains are packed though ! Thumbs Up Been pretty mild in the valley, just a few spells of -20 weather.... Not been bad though !

OK its supper time.

Just fell apart.

Got some smoke ring.

Some bark.

All pulled

And some pulled pork nachos.

Thanks Case. My half is on the right. It has chilies on it and no olives.

For some reason my wife loves olives.
