Pickled Quail Eggs

Thanks again to Charlie for the quail eggs.

Here i go with the pickling.

Quail eggs in a bowl with a lid, set aside.


This is what i am going to use. 2.5 T of the bread-n-butter, 1 T sugar and 3 cups vinegar. (more than enough)


Now let cool.  Going to add 1 tsp liquid smoke.   BBL

Rinsed the eggs 3 times with water. Why 3? dont know but its a good number

Added a few pickled garlics.


Fill to the top and put the lid on. Fridge now for a week.


Found the recipe online. Looked good and easy.
