I have a jar of Mt. Olive diced jalapeno peppers. Would it be unflavorful or detrimental to mix them in with my bacon deer burger? I have used fresh jalapenos before, but never pickled. What say ye?

I mix it with beef burger all the time - venison will be fine too. Take a pic and post the results! We need to get back to the basics every now and again.

If you and Everybody that eats your burgers like pickled jalapeno, have at it. But, if you are it, you are better off using as a topping at the table. My Wife would be super angry if I added jalapenos to all the burger meat...JJ

. Fortunately, I have 30 pounds of meat. I usually make 15 pound batches. So I can keep everyone happy. Thanks for all the replies.
