I live in O'Fallon ,MO  I ve been smoking for about  4 yrs started with coal ,Now I have a steel smoker and starting to use wood . Deer sausage is what I do most and some ribs...I hope to get better at diffrent cuts of meats and with this web sight I hope to...Thank you all
