I have been using a master built electric smoker and have been extremely disappointed with the temp control. Foods that should be taking 10-12 hours are getting done in 8-9. I have even gotten a new thermostat from the manufacturer Now I am in the market for the best smoker I can get. Whether electric gas or coal. I have been told to get a green egg. What do you think?
