Hay all, what a week its been so far for late winter right, been rolling some smoke the last three nights and about to do some more today. Also spent 4 hours today doing a initial burn off of a new MasterBuilt Electric smoker we added to our list of other grills/smokers. Just to darn nice to cook inside this week. Springs right around the corner and so is grill'n season. Hope others in jersey have been cooking up some grub this week. Enjoy & Take Care - Ken
