Pepperoni fried rice

Fried pepperoni. Fried rice. Aioli with rose vinegar. Topped with scallions. Heaven.

Gochu Garu instead of red pepper flakes.

I'll admit, there are lots of things posted on here that don't make me think, man, that's interesting. This one is interesting. I'd try it fo sho. When I was young, I liked pepperoni in ramen. And I wonder why I'm carrying an extra 60lbs lol.

I would like to try a leaner pepperoni someday. The commercial stuff has too much fat to cook with regularly.

One of my red sauces has a lot of pepperoni diced up in in, I always have to skim fat.

The gochu garu added a ton of heat, but it would also be good taking that out and using hot pepperoni instead
