Someone posted pepper stout chucky on an earlier thread. He was putting extra on a pizza.
I figured I would give it a try.
Chuckies with a bit of rub, Montreal mostly. Then wrapped and in the fridge for the night.
Went on the smoker around 8AM. Off at noon and added to the peppers and onions.
Added the Guinness, foiled and then in the oven.
Will post an update once I shred it in a few hours.
