How ya going to know if ya dont try it.

Took my smaller UMAi sopresatta and said hey how about pepper coated. So it looks like it will work. Sometime ya have to go outside the envelope.....EH.

Ok now the black pepper coating begins.

Looks like its working.

Made a new UMAi bag, rolled it tight and zip tied the end. Now back in fridge to resume drying.
