Pellets

Your money; your choice. These seven use 70% or more of oak or alder filler - Traeger, Pit Boss, Bear Mountain, Camp Chef, Weber, Green Mountain, Royal Oak. Lumberjack, Cookin Pellets, and BBQer's Delight don't use ANY filler; they are 100% of what ever flavor wood it says on the bag. I can buy Lumberjack (LJ) locally at a great price ($13/20 lb bag) from a business operating out of a home. I haven't had an issue with LJ in over 8 years.
Check out this video on the real story behind wood cooking pellets.
