I prefer charcoal/wood but the wife was getting Hangry. It's just the two of us and have multiple options in small grills. With the Pit Boss Tabletop I can be grilling in minutes "at the push of a button". I was at 135° internal before she prepared her favorite side dish, herb roasted red potatoes with ranch-sour cream sauce. She called dibs on the tenderloin I called dibs on the bone. We split the strip side.Lumberjack Char Hickory for pellet, I think 🔥🦝😂

Looks good!
I‘ve never “grilled” on my RT pellet pooper. Maybe will give a try on the Ninja Woodfire. Sure trumps the Weber for speed and convenience … we shall see about flavor.
How did yours turnout compared to your charcoal/wood preference?

Good looking bone right there!!!
I have been buying nice, thick cut strip steaks from Costco recently and grilling them on the SmokeFire at 500*. For me, it's the lazy way to grill a steak and still have fantastic results. When I have plenty of time I prefer to use the kettle just because. It's a tradition thing. But yeah, pellet grills can grill.

I use SaltGrass 7 Spice lately and I swear it could make a floor mat edible. Taste is subjective but this PG Steak seasoned right is pretty awesome. A slight edge to charcoal/wood, but for convenience and speed the pellet wins.
