Lumber Jack - 100% of the wood stated on the label. However they sold out to Lignetics, so quality may go down.
All their pellets are no longer 100% . I beleive the Apple is a blend ,, as are a couple others .
I never worry about that myself . I mix my pellets anyway . As long as it's wood and not oils or flavoring , I'm good .

According to the LJ site they still have cherry, hickory and oak in 100% all others are now a blend including apple which is now a red oak/apple blend. I've always been partial to the Fruitwood Blend which is 80/20 cherry/apple.

I am leery on having pellets delivered. I did it once and they were kinda mashed. Much more dust than normal.
For me that's never an issue as I'm only burning pellets in a tube and the vast majority of the time I use dust anyway!

I've noticed that Tractor Supply has their own brand now. Has anyone tried them?

If it wasn't for the glue , I get a lifetime supply about every 6 months .
That's the can off my 2 stage collector , and the bag from the vac .
Cherry and maple .

Holy sh!t! That's a great flavor combo.

I might have to take a chance with the glue...Elmer's wood glue is non-toxic!😜

What are you seeing for pellet sales. Lowes has Pit Boss Competition Blend 40-lb Wood Pellets for $12. Thinking of trying them? I normally use Lumber Jack but lately I been cleaning out my closet of others I had bought and as long as use the low smoke or smoke tube they been OK.

I'm a little late for this one, but I use Pitt Boss brand pellets exclusively and have had no issue with them. The competition blend 40 pound bags I get from wal mart are usually $15 so if you can get them for $12 , buy a few!

FWIW, a 27 gallon tote with lid will hold (3) 40 pound bags.

I have used them and prefer them over Bear Mountain brand. Not a lot of dust but i sift mine into airtight buckets for storage. Does not have an overwhelming smoke flavor just enough I'm not a fan of smoke being the star of the dish. Never had an issue.
