Pecan Vortex wings

Got some wings around the Vortex seasoned with Famous Daves rib rub and cayenne pepper.
Cooking up some tots and planning to sauce the wings with BBQ.

Thanks AB Canuck, I didn't get the Vortex perfectly centered a few of the wings on that side started to char pretty fast that Vortex really pumps out the heat.

Doesn't eat meat on a bone.   With the store bought " wings " there is a lot more meat on them.

I am trying to break her in.   Trust me.
