New to smoking, though I have smoked a few butts in my day.  I use to own one of those huge sidecar smoker, reasoning that I could both smoke and grill.  I barely used it and hated the constant battles with rust and heat loss. Craigslist. I am currently saving for a Big Green Egg, but my food obsession doesn't stop at smoking, so there are other kitchen gadgets vying for my wallet.
