Grabbed a few of the leftover corned beefs at the store Friday on clearance (2.99/lb, yay!) and turned a few into pastrami. Made sandwiches. Sliced paper thin on the meat slicer, homemade pickles, locally made dijon mustard and marble rye, and aged provolone from the local cheese house. Oh....and LEMON LIME SLICE IS BACK!!

Sammich shots!

Looks great! Thanks for the Slice tip. Looks like the new version is trying to compete with Poppi.

What are brisket running up your way? Costco usually runs about $4-$4.50/lb last time I bought one...probably ticked up a little give the US state of affairs.

Damn great sale and tasty product!
I did one too since wife not a big fan of corned beef in general.
Glad that worked for you, but they always seem to fall apart on me when I use my slicer, so just did it by hand as if it was ‘just’ brisket.
