I recently was gifted a cooked corn beef. Is there any way to turn it into corn beef?
It’s already corned beef.
To make pastrami, you need to smoke it, but that is traditionally done from a raw state. You could re-cook it with smoke to IT of 203*-ish but it won’t be the same as a real pastrami. Nothing saying it won’t be delicious though.
