Pastrami this weekend

    I'll be a virgin no more just a dirty little whore [​IMG]

    Took a short cut and bought a beef already corned 3 1/2 lb. The next one will be from scratch. Now I need to fill the rest of the smoker. Oh decisions decisions, Fatty's are a given. I have a filling I want to try first b4 I share. If it comes out like I think it will, or hope it will, It's gonna be good and I'm gonna get FATTER [​IMG][​IMG]
    Anyway just alittle excited. When the ball starts rollin I'll keep ya up to date. Got to go drink now c ya all tommorrow [​IMG]

    Put in a batch of dutches beans on the bottom to catch all the drippins!!!!!!!!!

    I made 2 batches of those beans last week, first time. Oh my those are GOOD EATS!!!

    yea I picked up about 15 pounds of bottom round today to butcher and then corn to make into pastrami and corned beef.....after all st. patty's day is just around the corner!! [​IMG]
