Have you ever done beef jerky in the smoker?  Just got an electric smoker for christmas and I love smoked food. Did Lamb loin chops and a pork tenderloin with Apple chips for my first try, Needless to say I am hooked

Oh yeah been using my smoker for jerky for 30 years. Now its jerky in the smoker in conjunction with the dehydrator.
