If I write something down , I'll remember it . I've tried different apps , and it just doesn't work for me . I do most any of this from memory / repetition .

Another alternative to this could be browning up a couple pounds of ground chicken and making this in a crockpot.

I think that would make a fine meal of itself. I'll have to have a meal planning discussion with the wife soon. This, chili, soups and stews will make some good eats. Make this instead of nacho night.

It is a bit runny right out of the smoker, but it thickens up quickly once pulled off. You'd have to drink fast!
