My wife bought me a Green Mountain Jim Bowie Pellet Grill recently. I have always been a fan of eating smoked meats and talked about doing it myseld, apparently she grew tired of the talk and came home with this beauty. I am a married father of two girls in central Washington State, new to the smoking scene but loving every bit of the results thus far.
