Need some pulled pork for supper tomorrow. Seasoned it up yesterday with SPG. Popped it into the smoker at 10PM. MES40 set at 225. Mesquite for smoke.

Should be done after church tomorrow. Will get a nice rest before pulling. Will post more pics tomorrow.

Crack of dawn...looking good. Turned MES40 up to 250F.

This picnic roast had a really long stall. So it is wrapped, MES40 turned up to 275F and the sprint to the finish begins.

About 1 minute later it was shredded. I just wear my insulated gloves to do that.

I bet if you checked your smoker this morning in your church clothes you'd of had all kinds of peoples stomachs growling! Be hard to concentrate on the sermon smelling a bbq pit. :emoji_laughing:
