Outdoor Gourmet Triton Original 4-Burner

Does anyone else on here have a American Outdoor Gourmet Triton with a side smoker? Looking to see modifications to control heat dispersion.

Nope never seen one... But look at Side Fire Box and Horizontal Offset Smoker Mods for ideas to set the smoker portion up. You won't accomplish much with Tuning Plates but a Baffle and sealing the thing up should help maintain temp..JJ

Hello,

I have one myself.

isn't really for big quantities.

I have the problem that the temp does not stay up and cools of Quickly.

after reading several threads here i think i might upgrade my Firebox with stones used in fire places or do some other insulation

Maybe then my temperature stays constant.
