Same old dog learned a new trick. This is my favorite burger recipe done stufz style. Spicy bacon cheeseburgers with bacon, muenster cheese and mushrooms. I seasoned the meat with sea salt, CBP, garlic powder, ground cayenne, chili flakes, hot sauce and lea and perrin's worsteschire sauce with bread crumbs to keep it together. I make these once a week and we love them like family lol. I got a Stufz press for xmas so of course the maiden voyage had to be our favorite burger. Stufz is bada$$, it came highly reccomended and now there is one more believer! It is very well made, the plastic is tough and it was easy to use, even for me. If you don't have one get one for sure. They are so much fun! Anyway here be me first STUFZ burgers.

Here are the fillings

I saw those Stufz things advertised on TV. They looked good then, but after seeing your burgers I think I gotta get one. Thanks for sharing.

Meat, I've got some more ideas for stufz burgers with pork and chicken. I've got to get a grinder though because the only ground chicken I can find in the store right now is Perdue and it has a strange taste. Or I may go to a real butcher. Thanks buddy.

Ding,Ding,Ding we have a winner!!! Nice job on them burgers Stevo!

I've tried hand stuffing burgers a few times over the years and never could get it right. I always ended up with more cheese on the outside than the inside. The stufz puts an excellent seal on the burger that I was never able to achieve hand stuffing.

Oh for goodness sake, Stevo! I got one for Xmas, too!  Do we have to do EVERYTHING alike????  nice job! as usual.  I see Luna B. leans toward Harp and Guiness with her burger?  I just love Amelia for being such a good sport - or at least having a great sense of humor - I can just see it, "Hey Babe, Hold my beer and Take my picture!! I am Super Burger-Dude!" and indeed, you are.

It's worth it man, low hassle. It creates an excellent seal even for high heat.
Way to go stevo! I to have tried the primitive method also, but it looks like the Stufz is well worth the $

Grinders are cheap, check amazon.com. That way you can mix meats also.
