hello im thinking about a new smoker because me and my buddy/team mate for BBQ competitions are looking to do a lot more this year and also do a little party catering. I think I found a smoker I like but I would like any and all in put on its pros and cons if anyone has ever used one or heard anything about the builders, im looking at deep south smokers and there small dual chamber model its a gravity feed style and has two separate cooking chambers (picture and specs included)
