Being new to smoking I bought gary wiviott's "low and slow". I'm going to make my first challenge tommorow night mojo criollo chicken. I cut my chicken and marinated it as he instructs tonight. Wish me luck. Will post some qview tommorow evening. Anyone else buy this book? What did you think of it as a whole?

Im using my 22.5 wsm bought is used and this is my first time using it. ;p and now i must wait until tommorow night because a thunderstorm is coming my way :(
