Old smoker but new to forum

HI everyone, I have been smoking meats for 50 years with many types of smokers and have recently moved to Lockhart, Tx. and interested in thoughts about electric smokers.  I've used a MES-30 and mostly smoke several briskets but the MES doesn't produce much smoke with one heating element.  Looked at Bradley 4 rack and new Bradley Smart Smoker but them seem very narrow.  Any suggestions from the group?

Lockhart13, welcome to SMF!  Glad you're here from the BBQ capital of Texas and looking for answers.  Unfortunately, I can't help with the electron smoker cause I'm a charcoal and wood guy, but there are a TON of electron smokers here.  Someone will be along soon with some help.

Here's a link to order an a-maze-n smoker. Just fill it with your preferred wood type, light it allowing it to get going good, blow the flame out, normally after allowing it to burn for 7-8 minutes, place in your smoker but pull the wood chips filler back out of the smoker about 2 inches for proper air and you should have all the smoke you need. Personally I use the maze and it works great because I can light one end or both depending on how much smoke I want.

There is also what they call mail box builds available on this site which shows how to build and get the smoke to your MES through duct work. This method is also wonderful for cool smoking.
