Was a member here a longtime ago but I could not remember my account info and no longer have the email I originally registered with.
I have been smoking for 11 yrs now.. I average 6 smokes a year. Not a heavy smoker. But I would like to change that.
So I live in the SC low country. Married with 3 kids. Love to smoke Boston Butts. Learned how to do them here a long time ago.
I will venture into a brisket at least once per year. Will have a bird or 2 in there at times.
I have a Master Built Propane Smoker an a Master Built Electric Smoker for the quick simple smokes.
I lurk here a lot when I need to brush up on some things. But I am looking to venture out and try new things.
