Nice!  Is that a rock tumbler you're using to marinade?  What is that gizmo (translation: I might haveta get me one of those)? LOL!  How long do you tumble them?

If I made a small jerky batch, my family would revolt!!!!!  

  But we're now 5 adults (some of whom -- like my kids -- can't keep a good thing to themselves, tell other people when there's jerky in the house)!!!
