Been reading the forums for awhile. Some good info and ideas. Starting a old fridge smoker conversion. Cooked on LOTS of different grills and smokers. Time to build my own. Like the look of a old rough fridge with new and old technology that kicks out awesome grub. Live a couple miles from where the Cookshack smokers are made, and hometown of Head Country BBQ, kind of a way of life and tradition for a lot of us. Been a Chef for 20+ years, no matter whats on the menu im always thinking of the next weekends smoke. Have a good 4th, and many more!
