Got a 7 pounder for the bronco today.

My rub (well dont rub, Pat on)
Light apply some PYM to all sides. Shake and pat on some SPG and Lowrys (just a sprinkle here and there)

While the brisket is at room temp, get the coals going. Let em burn a good 25-30 mins before loading in bronco...clean smoke.

Apply and pat on the seasonings.

Couple hours so the brisket can get some hard tack to it, spritz with water every hour.

I didnt rest it. My daughter gets home at 5ish so i wanted it hot for her..
 
I missed this first go around, glad it got bumped TTT....

Awesome looking brisket Rick! I'll smoking one tonight for tomorrow at the firehouse!
