A bit about me.

I've been in Texas 8 years now but live in Oklahoma the rest of my life.  I'm a Sooner, not just a fan, got a degree to match.

I own a grill dome ceramic cooker.  I really like it.  It's made some fantastic butts, briskets, poppers, pizzas, ribs, steaks, chops and more.  I even made a good brisket chili on it.  

I also hunt so plenty of wild game makes it to my cooker.

I just recently did a competition BBQ with a friend and got the itch to get better fast.
