yup... the mini is a perfect lil unit... I don't even bother getting the big unit out anymore....

He's marking up the price to have to spine already cut out?  Ha ha too funny!    It's so nice having both the uds and mini...both have their purpose.   Actually they are so similar in the way they cook it's just ones way bigger and doesn't need a heat diverter. 

The other thing that's nice with the UDS is when you bring up the basket to sear it flames up hot right away as with the mini you have to wait a few minutes to get it super hot....the basket in the UDS let's so much more air get to it.
