Welcome aboard Razu. There is nothing wrong with charcoal. If it burns clean it's good for barbecue.

Hi Rusty, from So. Cal.
Ima giter done smoker. Currently using Pellets in an AMNPS.
I smoke a lot of Salmon, most caught in the cold clean isles of Sam's Club or Costco.:rolleyes:
Froze, ready to smoke after curing. ;)
