After smoking pretty regular since Thanksgiving, I was looking through the local grocery store flyer and I noticed Med. Spare ribs on sale, so I said "Hey they have Ribs on sale" My wife said, "If you are thinking about buying some ribs, they better be for the freezer" We need to give that smoker a rest.  I guess she is a little tired of so much smoked food.

Yep that happens from time to time. I got my 1st MES for Christmas 2011. By March, I was informed that I could Grill anything I wanted but no more smoking for a couple of months...

Same here Gary .

Smokes get old after a while and i have to go back to the grill or oven.

Did you buy some for the freezer? I would have.
