Hi guys! I finally picked my Old Country Wrangler Smoker from Academy in Houston. I got a great deal too! I got 15% off the $499 price! I also picked up the Wrangler cover and a Old Country thermometer to boot! Walked out the door for $508.00! I have also ordered my 4 inch Tunning Plates and some Lavalock grill gasket sealant to seal the door and the fire box door. I think I am ready to smoke it up! Be blessed!:-)

Congrats on your new toy! I didn't find the OC thermometer to be accurate at all, so you may want to invest in a decent digital thermometer as well.

Congratulations on your Wrangler. I really think you will enjoy it. If your OC therm doesn't prove to be accurate, try a River Country. They are very good, accurate, adjustable and not expensive.

Good luck with your new smoker and keep on smokin', Joe. :grilling_smilie:

Thanks guys! I also have my Thermopro thermometer. So I should be fine! Be blessed!:-)
