Odd yellow squash

I am starting to wonder what the local Mennonites are using for fertilizer lol. Got two conjoined twin yellow squash in one basket.

that's how they make those world record tomatoes.....it is usually 4-5 joined together.....

I get those in my garden, too.
My summer squash and zucchini is a week or two behind for harvest.
Got a summer squash plant that was supposed to be a (yellow) crook neck but is coming in green. I'll give it a couple of weeks to see if it changes. Wife prefers (yellow) summer squash over (green) zucchini squash.

I love them both. I eat a LOT of it in the summer. Mostly just cut into spears and baked. Sometimes I'll stuff a few.

That squash dish I make is really good. Just sliced up with onions and jalapeno's. Sauté about 5 minutes and add a heaping tbsp of Garlic chile sauce and cilantro. Simple but so good.

I have to eat squash once in a while. The wife likes that stuff. Never understood the draw myself and I dont hate vegetables. Easy-to-grow nutrients though.

Cubed up and grilled with a grill pan is hard to beat with yellow squash .

Maybe those crop circles explain why every other slice of bread in a loaf doesn’t quite taste the same.
