Well I didn't know the wife would be gone this time, but more steak for me! Here we have two tasty looking strips one will get salt and pepper the other Jeff's rub.

Resting,not great grill marks the tongs were all dirty and wasn't about to wash them so I used a wooden spoon.

 NY strip loin.  My all time favorite cut of beef.

   Darn near have to take out a second mortgage up here to buy a couple.   Sigh.

Thanks,luckily they are quite that expensive here! I just found bulk tri tip for $3.85 a pound it's a great price on my second favorite steak cut!
