Long time griller here, but I’ve only been smoking for 10 years now. Pork butts, ribs, chicken, salmon, ducks, turkey, cheeses and nuts are my favorites. But looking to expand to other culinary areas in the smoking world. Looking to do a brisket soon and more wild game. Trying to make a name in the great Pacific Northwest!
