I assembled my CampChef Xxl yesterday, took me a while since i did it myself in 90 degree plus heat. My question is this, before i installed the rack rails i saw gap in the metal that looked pretty bad to me. Is this normal and how do I remedy it? I can see smoke leaking out in droves. I haven't seasoned it yet. I didn't see it until I was almost done putting it together and the people at C.Chef are closed for the holiday..
