Think of the possibilities. You could obviously fry anything you want, but you could also fill the vat with water and do low country boil, also if you had interchangeable bottoms you could obviously still do cooks over coals steaks chops, even whole hog.

That is an incredible idea!

I couldn't see how they placed the burners. Assume there is 2 based on the "Y" off the 20 pounder LP tank

I got the dunk and the lift of the fried chicken. It was more than wings. I saw all parts of cut up chickens.

Bummer, I only joined to watch what was happening with the NC floods.
But I find enough to keep me interested, even though there is a lot of B.S. to wade through.
 
How about a pitch fork BBQ in Medora,NE? We were there few years ago for the steak and play, both were very good, worth doing again.
