Well I hadn't posted much up for qview in a while so I figure I should just take pics of a roast I smoked up today...I plan on slicing it up for sammies so I took it to about 155 or so rub with some MAD HUNKY RUB and sprinkle some chilli powder on it to give it a little more zing...(waiting on a spicy hunky rub :whistle::whistle: ) So here it is along with some pics of some sourdough I made from the starter that Bassman was kind enough to send me :thumb: and I couldn't wait for tomorrows slicing so I sliced just a tad today for a sammy test. With some horseradish cream, mustard, onions, and american cheese slices on some toasted sourdough = YUMMY
