Usually I make hash from leftover pork butt, ham, corned beef, pastrami, chuck or even brisket. But recently I tried something way different. I've cooked the regular Spam before, but I haven't had any for a few years. On my buddies advice, I went with the Spam Lite as it's lower in salt, which means it takes other seasonings well. Here are the basics.

I went with apple wood smoked salt, black pepper and garlic pepper on the Spam and pepper on the potatoes.

And it eats as good as it looks....

Looks great, I could ho into a plate of that

We normally make hash with small fried potatoes , onions, S&P and than a can of Bully Beef from Brazil mashed up and fried with everything
